“Everyone can enrich their lives, but most of us go through life with untapped potential, while our God-given gifts and talents lie dormant, unused, untouched and undeveloped,” said author Helen Daniels.

In her book, “Enriching Your Life: Purpose, Potential, Possibilities,” Daniels shows readers how to tap into their potential.

Her book is intended for young adult women and beyond who want to make positive steps to reach their aspirations in life. There is also a workbook component inside the book that will allow readers to respond to questions raised by Daniels.

Inspiration for her book came after Daniels retired from a nearly 30-year career in public service and decided to form a speaking, training, and personal development company.

“After I retired I realized that there are people that need the information and the skills that I learned over the years,” Daniels said. “My book is a way for people who attend my speaking engagements to take home a piece of what I shared with them.”

In the book, Daniels gives practical steps regarding goal setting and shares skills and insight on how to face the inevitable obstacles and roadblocks of life. Perseverance is the author’s favorite skill.

Whether you are a recent college graduate or starting a new business, “Enriching Your Life” encourages readers to improve their personal relationships, careers and self-satisfaction.

“When people read my book, I hope they are inspired to take that first step towards creating a rewarding, successful and prosperous life,” Daniels said.

In addition to being an author, Daniels is a certified personal development coach, workshop facilitator and speaker. To connect with the author, visit her website, InspiredWordsCommunications.com or follow her Facebook page, Helen Daniels.
