Stacey Hartnett, a resident services coordinator at Skid Row Housing Trust, has been elected to Friends on the Run, the auxiliary board for Girls on the Run, an organization aiming to build confidence and teamwork for young girls through running.

Hartnett is a graduate of the African-American Board Leadership, which recruits, prepares and places African-Americans on a wide range of governing boards.

Airman Francis Trujillo of Hawthorne, received honors as one of four “Sailors of the Quarter,” for the second quarter of 2016, on Naval Electronic Attack Squadron 133.

An aviation electrician’s mate, Trujillo also earned Plane Captain of the Quarter as he enabled the squadron to safely launch and recover 155 sorties from the flight deck and contributed to a 97 percent sortie completion rate.

He will continue to serve VAQ-133 at sea, providing security and stability aboard the USS John C. Stennis in the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
