Governor pardons former state legislator

LOS ANGELES — Former Democratic state Sen. Roderick Wright, who was convicted of voter fraud for living outside the Inglewood-area district he was elected to represent, was formally pardoned Nov. 21 by Gov. Jerry Brown.
